The two days forum of Muslims in East Africa concluded in Djibouti
Djibouti(Saylac.com)-The work of the regional conference on Islam and its role in East Africa ended yesterday in the early evening at the State House of Djibouti, the development of a final communiqué.
Launched Monday by Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh, at Djibouti People’s House the work of a regional conference of two days were concluded with more prespectives and realities toward “Muslims in East Africa region.
Two days during which theologians and religious leaders from several countries in the region and the Arabian Gulf including Djibouti, Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Uganda, Comoros Islands, have discussed on many issues relating to all ‘Islam and the ways and means to cope with internal and external challenges facing Umma. Organized jointly by the Ministry of Muslim Affairs and the Islamic World League (LIM) based in Saudi Arabia, this forum has several objectives including, inter alia, the dissemination of the concept of moderation in Islam, strengthening of fraternal ties between scholars Muslim countries.
The discussions naturally focused on malicious amalgam between Islam and terrorism. A misconception of Islam which, on the contrary, advocates tolerance and love.
In this respect, the Muslim world has a role to play in developing a relationship of dialogue with other companies.
After these two days, participants made recommendations that led to the development of a final communiqué.

Today, Plumb resides in Laguna Beach, California, with her second husband Kenneth Pace, a business consultant.
